3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment information must be provided at the time of booking.
We accept major credit cards as specified on our website, other payment methods can be requested.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before a charge has been processed are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after the charge has been processed, before the service may incur a fee.
- 40% for cancellation made after the charge has been processed.
- 50% for cancellations made the day of the trip.
- 75% for cancellations made after the chauffeur has been dispatched.
- No Refund for cancellation after the chauffeur has been dispatched and the pickup is outside of San Diego County.
- Complete failure to cancel will result in no refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. User Conduct

Users must not misuse our website or services.
Any fraudulent activities or attempts to disrupt our services will result in termination of access.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eclipse Travel Chauffeurs LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
